I am trying a new idea as I stated earlier.
I am tracking calories - steps - weight everyday for 30 days. I want to see weight fluctuation trends - I won't stress missing a day here or there with calories but will get right back on the plan. It is simple enough
1. Eat between 1400-1600 calories a day.
2. Strength Train 3 times a week
3. Get in 10,000 steps a day
Good days are all 3 - less than desirable day are not all 3, but for 30 days have good days 24-26 days.
