Day 1 as a team

I tried at the beginning of the year to shoot for a trip to disney with a end date of dec 14 through healthy wage. I got off track got busy and got bored and here we are in oct and I have only lost about 25 pounds. I have added 6 months to my time which gives me til june of next year to hit the target and now my husband is on board with me. This morning we had shakes and walked 2 miles together. We are planning to walk 2 miles every day this week and to start paying more attention to what we eat to start seeing some changes. I am starting with portion control since that seems to be my biggest down fall and issue. Cardio is going to be big for me so hopefully we can get a routine mapped out soon that works for the both of us. This pic is from last weekend we promised while on this trip that today (monday) would be the recommitment day to our health and future together as healthier people. I am excited to see how it plays out
