My lunch today: actually had time to eat and enjoy.

Lunch consisted of 1 cup of red grapes which contain ,Resveratrol, an important antioxidant. Also, I had a salad kit that contained nuts, cranberries and bleu cheese. The salad gave me much needed folate which I lack from time to time. I'm thinking next time I will split the bag in fourths instead of in half. There sure is a lot of salad in that bag. With the meal there was brown rice and beer battered fish fillets that were baked.

With the brown rice I rinsed it three times to rid impurities and cooked in a rice cooker. It came out fluffy and the perfect consistency.

The fish wasn't my favorite choice but it is fish. I prefer grilled fish fillets but this was a good price and easy to cook. Hopefully, there is some nutritional value and there was 13 grams of protein.

Had herbal tea with honey and a glass of lemon water with the meal.

Lets just say I'm stuffed and the fullness will probably last a long time.

Hoping this helps someone and I also was glad and wanted to share that I took the time out to cook a healthy meal and actually sat down and ate at the table. I set up a cute presentation to enjoy the meal better and eat with purpose.
