Well I just got back from a 2.33 mile walk with 3 dogs. Wow is that a workout! Worked up quite the sweat!!! I tried to find as many big hills as I could to work out my legs. AND to tire out those dogs, they were driving me crazy this morning. Naughty things today. Don't know what has gotten into them. The walk didn't tire one of them out at all. The other two are tired.
I got on the scale today to see I have gone down to 178.4! Yeah whoo hoo!!! I hope it keeps going down. I got a flu shot yesterday with one of my sons. So we are covered for this season.

Tomorrow my best friend and I will be making whopper chaffles and pizza chaffles. I am not sure what other type of things she will want to make. Last week we took all day. She only has a couple hours to spend so this week will be faster for her. But I am excited to get to try those!

I am on track with drinking my ounces in water each day. And then some! I am still doing my green tea and MCT oil. I need to make some hard boiled eggs today.

Ok, on with my day! Keep on keeping on! emoticon
