Just got back from a 2 1/2+ miles walk with three dogs. I feel like it is more work that what burns calories. It takes me about an hour.
Well I am having pizza chaffle tonight. Tomorrow will be Whopper chaffle and some onion rings. Then I think we will give the chaffles a break for a while. They are great but that is quite a bit of cheese. I am really looking forward to the whopper and onion rings.
I think I am going to re look over my macro needs and see if I have them right. Just want to make sure.
I have been having night sweats the last few days. I guess that is a sign of being in ketosis. And I have been cold during the day too. That is another sign. Whatever, I just am looking for progress.
Trying to get my water in today. I admit, I have been a bit lazy about it today. I am really in the mood to just kick back and relax. Think I feel a bit angry inside. Not exactly able to pin why. It is manageable, but never the less irritating. I can't handle stupid today. Well any day but today it is really plucking my nerves.
Sighhhhhhh Keep pushing on.... emoticon emoticon
