My whopper chaffle with low carb onion rings 10-26-19

This is a "whopper"
A chaffle ( 1 egg, 1/2 C cheese, garlic powder and sesame seeds) This recipe split in two for two "buns" cooked in a waffle iron.
One beef burger patty
Colby cheese slice
Bacon, 2 slices
Mayo ( I used garlic mayo cuz I like it)
Ketchup ( I used a lower sugar one)
I could not eat the whole thing. The guys in the house LOVED it.
The onion rings
One onion sliced
1 C almond meal
1 oz parm
1 egg with a tiny bit of olive oil mixed in.
It is fun to create and play in the kitchen.
I did get a full body weight work out in today.
Dip each onion ring in egg mixture then into dry mixture and bake till crisp.
