I'm A Morning Exerciser?

I've never been a morning person. At all. I'm the exact opposite and an insomniac. The only time I'm willingly awake during morning hours is after the clock strikes midnight. No one is more surprised than me that I actually got up at 5:30 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday this week to go to the gym before work. If I'm being completely honest, it was brutal. I was exhausted and grumpy but I did it. And I'm glad I did. It feels nice to get my workout out of the way so I can focus on my other tasks and priorities throughout the day. This was my first week back to exercising so I'm taking it slow. Right now I'm just going the three times a week for 30 minutes. As time goes on, I'll add in more days. I'm actually looking forward to my workout tomorrow morning!
