Today's challenge: sparkplan

So today's challenge was to think about two or three stresses and how to change or avoid them. I thought this post was funny considering I just took a week break from sparkpeople and diet program because I felt like I was constantly stressed by all the articles and I also felt like I was moving from healthy into obsession about what I was eating and weighing. I felt better reinvigorated and felt like I had my mind on the right focus after this past week. Other ways I've been dealing with stress is embroidery and Bible study. I have two I'm working on so I can work on each a little at a time. And lastly, I give my stressors to Christ. He says his burden is light. I let it go, submit to him. I am set free. It's about confessing Christ is the Lord of your life, confess your sins and turn it over to Him. He sets us free. It doesn't mean life will be a cake walk but now I can walk in freedom.
