Man oh man where did the month go?!?!

I got on the scale today to see 177.2. Down again and my fasting blood sugar was 69. Which is AWESOME! That means if this keeps up I can lower my insulin again! New macros seem to be a great thing for me.

Today I have to take a 2+ hour trip then back home. I plan to do ab work and leg work in the living room. That is today and Tuesday. Then Wednesday I hope to get to the gym. I am trying to get myself into a routine.

Wake, get ready, build breakfast and lunches, do meds, drink green tea (unsweetened now)...that is where I am at so far today. Each morning I try to make it the same. Then I focus on my fitness and water among doing my daily chores and errands. Then about 3 pm I get to eat something plant based. Then I make dinner, eat it, usually have a coffee in there somewhere. I help my son with homework and get after him to do what he needs to do and then wind down and eventually get to bed by 10 or 11 pm. I need to work on getting more sleep.

I am itchy today. Hmmmm. I spoke to my ma last night. She was worn out. They didn't know what had happened at the hospital. My brother and I are not satisfied with the hospital not checking her heart. She sees the doctor on Wednesday. I call her on Thursday. There are plans to not leave her alone for at least a week just to be sure she is safe.

Thanks to everyone and the concern and support they have show. It truly means the world to me.
