I had a fasting blood sugar of 71 today. Yesterday fasting blood sugar was 65. And yesterday I couldn't get my blood sugar out of the 60's. So I lowered my insulin to 45 units. I have been given permission by my doctor to lower my insulin as needed. Also to cut back on medications as needed. So far I am just cutting the insulin. I weighed 177 today. Down 2 ounces.

I didn't get a chance to exercise yesterday. I will do my best to get to it today, maybe twice. It is just abs and legs at home.

Circumstances have me confused and concerned today. This is not about my parents. It snowed here for the first time this fall either last night or this morning. Just enough to blanket things. It most likely wont stick around. My plan today is to go through clothes. Time to pull out my big clothes and get them ready for donation. I am realizing everything I put on is too big. I suppose a good issue to have. I know I need to get some new items. Thrifting is the way to do that while you lose weight. I know I will continue to drop weight. I can slide non stretchy jeans over my hips with out unbuttoning and unzipping them. That is progress. Funny thing about that is, those specific jeans were reward jeans a couple years ago and I remember telling someone last year when I wore them this time of year that they were a reward for losing weight. They were tight last year. NOT THIS YEAR! So loose and baggy. Those are a size 18. Again, NON STRETCHY jeans. Time for someone else to enjoy them.
