Up, dressed, plan made for exercise since I slept later than I meant to and can't gym before work today.

I won't do a daily weigh in most likely because it tends to be triggering for me. I did however weigh again this morning since I am usually a morning weigher and just jumping on the scale at 8:30 pm fully dressed and after having had all my daily meals isn't an accurate comparison point vs how I typically weigh. In this case it made about 2 pounds difference which is pretty typical for me as far as daily variations...between 2-5 pounds...hence the not weighing every day thing. Weekly gives me a better idea which direction the scale is moving.

Plan for today is work until 3, pick the daughter up and take her to her job at 4, and rather than returning to pick up a couple of more hours at work, hit the gym then.

I'm going back to basics. 8 glasses of water. If you bite it write it. Move your body. I know how to do this. Just because 2019 has been a rough year so far doesn't mean it has to end as one.
