I really have to rest my aching muscles today!

I have been exercising 3 days in a row, walking for cardio plus some ST exercises like double leg lifts, crunches and incline pushups. On Tuesday I did cardio Pilates.

Anyway, I have to take a rest day today because my muscles are aching, esp my thighs!
