I can hardly believe what I can do now

I am about two-thirds of the way to my goal weight. I can hardly believe the things I can do know that I could not do before Joining Spark People.
I have learned my way around a gym. I have learned to lift weights. I have taken weight lifting classes, body pump classes, yoga classes and I found out that I not only can participate well, I actually feel better once I do them. I can get on a treadmill and walk 2.75 miles and have energy to sprint a little at the end. I started walking only 15 minutes and less than half a mile at a time.
My body is stronger and younger and more energetic than I was 20 years ago. What a difference a healthy living lifestyle makes on my entire life.
Keep on Sparking. Never Give Up. I want to be stronger and more energetic each and every day.
