Wow! Who would have thunk it?

Tomorrow marks 21 days of 8 cups of water per day! A month ago I never would have imagined that I could do it. I had numerous digestive issues along with an extremely irritated esophagus and was continually in a state of dehydration I believe. Now my body feels like it is finally hydrated. Of course now I am still having a few issues with increased bathroom time😂, but I will take it-yay me!!

    Good for you! I love my water! I have been taking a small break from SP, while recuperating from this bad cold and cough. Thanks for stopping by my blog.
    Keep up the good work! I still think you would have less digestive issues if you went Gluten free. Or did I mention that to you before. Also, taking probiotics are good too. We've been gf for 3 1/2 years and don't miss it all. Lots of good food out there, including rice.
