Goals & Gratitude 11/10/19

Some good things happened today. First, Presbytera Leeann, our junior priest's wife (that's what "presbytera" means in Greek), gave birth to baby #9 in the morning. We all found out at the end of liturgy. It's a boy, and we think his name will be either Jeremiah or Daniel as his two brothers are Ezekiel and Isaiah. They now have 6 girls and 3 boys.
I am in charge of the Angel Tree ministry at church today. We had 50 gift tags for people to take to buy presents for the kids. Every last one of those 50 tags was taken today, and several people asked me when I was cleaning up if there were more tags. I guess we will ask for 65 kids next year! Now all I have to do is plan the party. I will work on that this week.
I had to take three quizzes after church today. I got a 98% on one (Excel), 100% on the second (Bookkeeping), and I don't know how I did on the third (Human Relations) as it needs to be graded.
My BF Peter is visiting here from Central California. He was in San Diego this morning and is driving up to Riverside now. I expect him any minute. I have made a gluten free dinner for us (chicken, beans and rice, salad) as he has a slight gluten insensitivity. We are also going to get together for breakfast in the AM. I am making eggs for us.
1) Do the reading and activities for Tax Planning.
2) Work on Excel Ch. 2.
3) Work on Bookkeeping Ch. 5.
Today I'm Grateful For...
1) A healthy newborn baby.
2) All the wonderful people at church who help me out.
3) Spending time with Peter.
