Time to kick the lazy bug

For quite some time, I have found myself laying in bed watching tv/ Netflix...I have a 10 yr old daughter that is full of energy. She gets frustrated with me quite a bit because I just don’t want to do anything...I wanna be lazy. It is time to say bye bye to the lazy bug and get in the game of enjoying time with my not so little girl anymore...time to break free and get back into shape and eat healthy for me...as I embark on this adventure, I could use all the good vibes that I can get..thanks in advance...hoping that this site and the support of my fellow peers will keep me inspired to keep pushing forward...here goes...

    Great motivation. You can do this. Make a plan. Schedule an activity each day & treat like a job or appt so you don't cancel or no-show. Walk, bike, swim, dance, bowl, fly kites, sledding, play ball, climb stairs, yoga, hula hoop, or calisthenics.
