Walk / Jog success

I started with the 5 km Spark Walk / Jog calendar challenge. My first day was jog 30 seconds, walk 4minutes and 30 seconds. I believe I did that for 30 minutes. As the months rolled by, I kept repeating the challenge.
To make it a bit more challenging for me, I started to increase the time past what was on the list. If it said got 4 minutes 5 times, I'd bump it up to 5 minutes 6 times.
I've done this for 6 or 7 months now and today I completed13 minutes jogging one minute walking 8 times. My warm up was 10 minutes and my cool down was 15 minutes for a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes. My phone tells me I did 16.9 km.
I'm very proud of myself for being able to do this, and will keep it up.
My long term goal is for one day to be able to jog 10 km without walking any of it...
