Sunday was the one week mark for joining the gym. Woo hoo, it's awesome!!!!!! I got my scale working and I'm down 5 more lbs since I last weighed. I'll be in my smaller jeans in no time!!!!!
The gym is just perfect. For now I'm mainly focused on water aerobics and swimming. My body feels good in the water and I believe feeling good is really my ultimate goal.
Tim took a yoga class. He said it was the hardest thing he's ever done. I want to lose some more weight before I attempt that class. He said he was sore days later. I prefer to do yoga/ pilates at home at my own pace for now.
Getting my body moving regularly, beyond my stationary bike feels so amazing. I feel really excited to see where this leads. I already feel better, which is a major goal.
It's weird to me to look forward to going to the gym. I haven't really looked forward to exercise in awhile.
