Day 3 PiYo

I got my workout done. That is a great feeling. I didn't want to work out. I was tired from the day and just wanted to rest but I went out in the gym and did my PiYo "Sweat" workout. One of my daughters did the workout with me while the other ran on the treadmill. That was really fun.
I know I will sleep good tonight.
My eating wasn't horrible but could have been better. I'm still tweaking my lifestyle changes.

    Good job on doing a workout like that. I am working on getting on the treadmill daily and hopefully soon it will be a habit. I am taking my journey no sugar no flour one day at a time - Day 8 and I have lost 9.6 pounds so of course I am going to continue taking it one day at a time and look forward to next Tuesday which is my next official weigh in
