Day 3 PiYo

I got my workout done. That is a great feeling. I didn't want to work out. I was tired from the day and just wanted to rest but I went out in the gym and did my PiYo "Sweat" workout. One of my daughters did the workout with me while the other ran on the treadmill. That was really fun.
I know I will sleep good tonight.
My eating wasn't horrible but could have been better. I'm still tweaking my lifestyle changes.
