I needed a little color in my world today. I woke up with intentions of going to a class at the gym, But my insides quickly let me know that was not going to happen. Every once in a while they act up and keep my running all day. At least I get lots of steps in!!!
I have to rethink my plan for today. What can I do to keep moving? It would be so easy to sit around listening to my tummy rumble.
I make a 3 item To DO list every day. I like the feeling of accomplishment when I cross each one off. It is a way I hold myself accountable. Now today I cannot do item number 1, go to the gym and take a class. It is too cold outside for me to spend much time outside beyond letting out and playing with my grand dogs for a half hour at lunchtime. I think I will do SP exercise videos three times during the day instead of the gym.
For me, I need to have a plan, put it on the list and make it happen. It is too easy to be lazy otherwise.
