I Quit

....worrying about my weight. Between the diabetes, neuropathy, arthritis, pinched back nerve, inflamed knee and stomach problems, I can't seem to stay healthy enough to get anywhere. So while I still do what I can, I am no longer fretting about it or aiming for a goal. At this point, I'm just holding on best as I can and just not worrying about it anymore. I've got more pressing matters to attend to at this point.

    The title is "I Quit". What are you quitting or giving up on?

    As for the diabetes, and the inflammation ... Have you thought about cutting carbs way down. Wheat for example can be something that many folks have problems with. If the inflammation is due to that, cutting wheat will get the inflammation feeling better in about 2 to 3 weeks. You'll know in about that amount of time.

    Worth the effort I think, if it is wheat, too bad, but at least you know what it is.
