Dumb dumb dumb

Wednesday, November 13, 2019

I’ve ranted and raved about this SparkPeople app before and how it makes entering blogs stupidly difficult. IPhone native keyboards finally, years and years after Android, made it possible to swipe to type, and guess what, the spark people app can't handle that feature. Try to swipe out a blog on here using the basic iPhone keyboard, and the app will probably crash before you finish your thought.

I'd submit it as a bug, but they really don't care. Otherwise adding a picture to a blog via the app would have worked ages ago.

======
The Yahoo mail app was once the crappiest, slowest loading piece of crap app available on phones. It was seriously useless. It has improved by leaps and bounds, but there is still an inherent dumbness about its programming. Like the part where you get to see your most recent emails, going back a few hours. And then it randomly jumps to a selection of emails from a few days ago and then it randomly jumps to a selection of emails from 6 weeks ago. Ok, so that might only affect people (me) who never delete emails. But at least give me a setting that allows me to see all my emails in the order they were delivered. Is that too much to ask?

======

Third dumb of the day goes to the people on the highway who, despite having all the room in the world to move over a lane and allow people trying to merge from a tiny on ramp, never give an inch and are content to try to make you run into concrete barriers, or otherwise enter the highway driving at about 12 miles an hour. These obliviously cretinous morons are welcome to book a one way trip into the heart of the sun, as far as I care, and to take tailgater with them. In fact, I'd pay for their trip
