Weigh-In #37

I wanted to do a quick little weigh-in just because I realized that I should be comparing my stats from my starting weight of 296.6 instead of where I had been comparing them which was somewhere in the middle. That changes my progress somewhat and I want to be as accurate about progress as possible. So here's my updated stats.

Starting Weight: 296.6
Last Weigh In: 269.8
Current Weight: 269.4
Weight Lost This Week: -0.4 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -27.2 lbs
really getting close to a 30 pound loss now. Starting to see differences in the way my figure looks and the way my clothes fit now and feeling better, too!

Starting Body Water: 36.9%
Last Body Water %: 37.6%
Current Body Water %: 37.6%
Body Water Gained: --%
Total Body Water Gained: +0.7%
body water is the same.

Starting Body Fat: 48.3%
Last Body Fat %: 47.3%
Current Body Fat %: 47.3%
Body Fat Lost: --%
Total Body Fat Lost: -1%
body fat is also the same

Starting Muscle Mass: 144.6lb
Last Muscle Mass: 134.8
Current Muscle Mass: 134.2
Muscle Mass Gained: -0.6 lbs
Total Muscle Mass Gained: -10.4 lbs
lost more muscle. not surprising.

so that's a more accurate update of where I am right now since I started losing weight. Doing pretty well overall except I'd like to preserve more muscle.
