No pop or Starbucks since Sunday

I have had no pop or Starbucks drinks since Sunday. It has not been as hard as i thought it would be. Of course it is day 5 so that could change but so far so good. I also have been walking more and eating more salads. Slowly I am changing my habits. It didn't help I was dealing with a sick grandparent and was drinking my stress away. Thankfully he's on the mend and i made the choice to move out from his place. It was not an easy decision but I had to do it for me since I wasn't taking care of myself.
There is a gym at the apartment complex I live in. It's a few minute walk from my apartment and of course the mailboxes are by the gym so it makes it easy for me to hit the gym. Because if I am walking to get the mail I can stop at the gym. Plus, they have Precor equipment and I have use that before at a gym I used to belong to.
One day at a time or one meal at a time. Either way I'm back to working it.
