JUST STARTING OUT

I feel that, for me, it is important to get my food intake on track and better in control first... before I implement an exercise regime. I am currently in my 4th day at Spark and have been tracking my food each day. It has been so hard to stay within my calorie range given how I ate previously. It truly is a strong reminder to see in black and white how quickly calories add up; especially on things like potato chips and ice cream. Yes, I already knew these items were not healthy but I didn't realize how much more they add to my overall daily calories when I can easily substitute better choices. Change is hard but I am determined to do this!
