It's been a while since I wrote. Not a lot has changed. I've been having more pain in my back, lower back and I think it's nerve pain. I started Collagen today. I hope it helps but not sure it will on my back but if it can help the rest that would be good too.

With the pain it's been hard to keep up with my walking.

I joined the Y and have been taking Tai Chi classes. I'm starting to get the hang of that.

I've strayed from logging all I eat, mostly the stuff that is take out or eaten out.

My 77th BD is coming in shortly... time is running out.

    Sorry about your pain, take it easy. Try to make the healthiest choice possible when eating out. Also eat your raw fruit and veggies as an option. I know you know that but I am talking as much to myself as you 😊. Hang in there!
