For now I am quite happy to include ALL food groups into my diet and not try anything that is ridiculous, and to me eating only cucumbers for 1-2 weeks is ridiculous! Nothing is bad for you unless you think it is and then it is! You absolutely have to get your vibration in line before you eat or it can be scary to eat anything at all. 20 days ago
Good advice in that article. I know the Keto diet is if now and my doctor said I could do it as a jump start to losing but didn’t recommend it long term. Some people swear by it! You just have to do what is best for you. Thanks for sharing 21 days ago
