My sis and mom re-started WW today, and I've been thinking about getting back to the goal of losing weight. I haven't really done much other than maintain my weight for the last year. At least I haven't gained it!! There are two problems I'm wrestling with -- #1: I need to lose the extra pounds. #2: Do I really want to? If I'm going to be successful in losing those extra pounds, I'm going to need to want to lose those extra pounds!
My girls have inspired me to at least take these first two steps...
Step 1: Start tracking.
Step 2: Find my motivation.
