Cheat Day Skipped breakfast Lunch bean burrito with the works sour cream guacamole and pico de gallo, shredded chicken taco, Diet Coke Snack, rice crackers, Snickers bar, small bag of peanut M&Ms, home made trail mix 1 cup Dinner Half a chicken alfredo pizza, 1/4 cup candy corn

    I allow a little sweets a day, so it's easier for me. I just can't do any fasting. I am a diabetic (we keep the "title" because my body can't recover) and so it's out. I'd be fainting.
