Didn't order pop Tracked food on the weekend Walked to a party Intentional snacks, no mindless munching 2 pieces of pizza, no seconds (still satisfied!!!) Water! Rewarded my efforts with color street nails Tomorrow: Track again! Water! Walk! Plan the week's food for success!
