A new day

I've always loved this quote (and this whole series, TBH). By living on the other side of the world, I'm already in tomorrow! Hey!

Anyway, that is not the point of this blog. My point is my goals for this week. My body has been feeling stiff lately, so something is going on in there that needs to be addressed. I've also been maintaining my current weight for a while, and I think I'd like to get back to losing.

So, here's my plan.
emoticon 1. Water.
I've been struggling with water lately, and the weather has been getting drier. Not a great combination!
emoticon 2. Stretching
I'm going to focus on stretching in the morning and after exercise.
emoticon 3. Food
I'm going to eat plenty of healthy food and take a week off sugar.
emoticon 4. Self care
I'm going to work on projects around the house and reduce my time on YouTube.
emoticon 5. Accountability
I'm going to check in daily with my challenge team (BLC41 - I'm on Azure Destinations - my favourite challenge)

So far -
