Trying to develop a good fitness workout that challenges but doesn’t hurt me...been just winging it with different moves...when I do this, I feel great...I like to watch tv so I’ve incorporated a few exercises thru the commercials just to keep more active and still enjoy my favorite pastime...I need some aerobics videos that are low impact but I can’t find any that seem achievable...any tips, tricks, or info is appreciated...
