I learned that meal prep helps me to hold myself accountable to portion control. I made several things and I can pick and choose between them so I don’t have to eat the same thing for four days. It makes it a little easier to swallow...no pun intended...I’m working on ways to reach my protein number for the day...I’m really working on doing this and I wanna do it the right way...I’m a little sore this morning from my workout yesterday, but the saying rings true. “No pain, no gain!” Here’s to keeping on!
