Re-Evaluating Daily Step Goal

Today, I worked a full day even though my full-time hours have not kicked in. I have to say that it is going to take some time to re-adjust my thought process and time management to fit in exercise, cooking, running errands, etc. This is stressful to say the least. The boys are in a program after school so we are not getting home until after 6pm.
With that said, I have already decided to change my daily step goal to 10,000 instead of 11,000 per day. I'll see about my fitness minutes, but for now I'll keep them the same. I met my sleep goal last night so I will keep that goal the same as well.
