Yesterday I changed my normal exercise schedule and went to a yoga class. I am not much of a class person, choosing to exercise on my own and hike with my husband. The change was very good, and I really liked the group. With all that is going on in my life right now, I think that the yoga community of positive people is just what I need during the late fall and winter season. When I change my habits, I am changing my life.
Change can be very good! Do you change up your exercise routine or nutrition routine very often?
