Weight seems to be continuing to yo-yo as it has been, but it is down a bit today. I have changed up my nutrition a bit and been drinking less alcohol and working on getting more exercise so hopefully that helps me to break through this plateau soon.

Starting Weight: 296.6
Last Weigh In: 270.8
Current Weight: 269.6
Weight Lost This Week: -1.2 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -27 lbs
close to 30 lb loss again. Hopefully getting my Fitbit going again will help me to work through this plateau and make it to 30 lbs. Waiting on the chargers and the wristbands to arrive right now.

body water is the same. nothing new to report here.

body fat the same as well. no changes lately.

Starting Muscle Mass: 144.6lb
Last Muscle Mass: 129.2
Current Muscle Mass: 128.8
Muscle Mass Gained: -0.4 lbs
Total Muscle Mass Gained: -15.8 lbs
lost a bit of muscle. probably due to losing a bit of weight.

So most of my stats are the same, but weight is down a bit. Doing okay right now. Just going to keep working on making improvements and moving forward and seeing if my weight starts to move.
