... just keep tracking!
This is good. It turns out that I'm not actually eating enough! I didn't realize that I was only eating about 1200-1400 calories a day. I'm not TRYING to not eat, but this oral surgery thing has thrown me off a bit, I guess. While I'm still recovering, I'm trying to focus on making sure I eat at least close to the right # calories a day. I know that if I don't eat enough, it won't help me with the weight loss. This still seems crazy to me, but I suppose that's how it is...?!
It could also be that I think way too much about this tracking stuff. lol
