Do you believe in yourself? This is a valid question for anyone who is participating in the challenges for losing weight. We must believe we can reach our goal. Most of our strength lies not in the body but in our mind. If we believe we can keep pushing and never give up. We must continually redirect our minds to success not failure. When we are tired and don't want to exercise is the very time we need it most. We have to be willing to fight for our goal and believe we can overcome any set-backs.
