Sunday Snow

Sunday, December 01, 2019

We've had a light snow most of the day, but it isn't amounting to much as far as staying on the ground. May have a few inches by morning though if it continues.

I finally was able to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal this afternoon it has not caused any issues so far, but nothing more today except saltines and water to be safe. Energy still drops, but can go longer than yesterday.

It's been nice that both my teams were given air time today. Steelers held it together with a 3rd string QB who threw a very stupid pass in the 4th quarter. Really the only mistake he had made the whole game though. Raiders, well, the defense has seen much better days and offense too many turnovers. Doesn't help to a couple questionable calls in the midst of it all. The positive is that for a team with a huge rookie class they have done more than was expected, even with some very ugly losses.

Otherwise, I finished up the last two loads of laundry that I left undone yesterday, listened to a very good message at church and have tried to stay calm around a defiant boy named Isaac. Fairly certain it's because school is starting back up tomorrow, but he's been telling blatant lies and then gets angry as there is consequence. Maegann's doing better with ibuprofen in her system, but she was pretty up and down herself for a time.

Tomorrow things will be back to the more typical normal as it will just be myself and Maegann home. Here's what I'd like to see done by end of day:
emoticon Luke lessons for Wednesday finished & my 21-day challenge back up and running.
emoticon Clean the kitchen. Creative shelving is what I call it, but I'm having issues finding things. LOL
emoticon Christmas letter draft so Tim can edit.
emoticon Outside decorations in place since Maegann will be here to help.

Who knows how it will all play out and anything is acceptable.
