How Many Times Have I Started a Blog Here?

I won't worry about how many times I've started a blog here and didn't keep it going. I'll try again because Spark People is beautiful, and I do want to be part of it. Try, try again.

I've gained and lost, gained and lost, and gained. I think in 2020 my goal is strength training, weight training, and yoga. That's it. If the weight loss happens, it will happen because I am taking care of myself. No more judgments. I'll be 54 on Dec. 13. It's time to just take care of my amazingly resilient, healthy body. Get the cholesterol down again. Walk. Ride my bike. Be here, love life, work hard, and play.

I'm open to engagement with anyone who wants to do the same.
