Joyous living for Christmas

Monday, December 02, 2019

This Christmas season, we will live each day, a Wholesome, Inspirational, Healthy, and Joyous life.

Wholesome because we strive:
-to eat only wholesome foods, and get a proper amount of exercise,
-to live every moment guided by principles based upon Jesus teachings or which we deem to be in harmony with the Spirit of Christmas,
-to refer to our guiding principles, often, because, once ingrained into our mind, they allow us -to avoid acting upon misguided thoughts and temptations, thus making right decisions far easier.

Inspirational because we strive to and usually achieve:
-to live a life of proper nutrition, exercise, and good will,
-to follow and learn from other persons, particularly persons of good will, that we may prosper and share that which we learned with others,
-to meditate upon, pray, or take such action as best as possible, that all can likewise live a life filled with joy and good will.

Healthy because, regardless of our current situation, we choose:
-to focus on what is right and the wonderful possibilities for us,
-to strive always eat wholesome foods and get a proper amount of exercise as best as we can,
-to reduce unhealthy stress by letting go the need to be right or to control the thoughts of others,
-to respect the right of others to differ and learn from them, but to value our own judgement in spite of the fact that others may condemn us,
-to otherwise focus on doing whats right for our body (both physically and mentally); and
-to promote peace so that the world can live free from chaos in order that we may strive to live with justice for all.

Joyous because, no matter how many ups and downs and burdens we endure, we choose:
-to be responsible for our own joy via the power of the spirit of giving and good will that is within us,
-to continue on our journey without blaming others for our problems,
-to forgive others as well as ourselves for the past thus renewing our selves for a new start this Christmas season.
