Day 2: Trying not to get frustrated already

I started off Monday full of enthusiasm. After a few weeks of depression, I felt I was finally getting back into the swing, then obstacles out of my control got in the way. It wasn't too bad I suppose. I did get my workout in. But plumbing issues in my apartment lead me to have to eat out unexpectedly. Hopefully it gets fixed today so I can get back on track to making my own meals.

Monday's goals were Run/Walk for 30 minutes, which was completed. Getting my laundry done, which didn't happen due to the water having to be unexpectedly shut off. And meal planning for the next two days. Started to, then plumbing problems kind of threw that all up in the air.

Goals for Tuesday:
-Getting the laundry done finally
-30 minutes of cross-training/strength training
-Get kitchen back in order after the plumber leaves
