It's been almost a month since I started back with Spark People. I haven't really lost any weight yet, despite daily exercise and sticking to my food goals (including calories, carbs, fat, protein, etc. I am feeling better with more energy, so in time I'm sure the weight loss will happen.

    Thank you for the encouragement. I am finally showing a 4 pound drop. It seems my body tries to hold onto the weight, maybe by retaining fluids, then it suddenly let's go 2-4 pounds in a couple of days. I have had this occur many times before. Onward I go.

    Btw, with all the veggies I eat, I have no problem with too many calories. In fact most days I come up short and I am just not hungry at all. My fats and carbs in in the right range. My protein falls short to. I'm looking for ways to get more without feeling like I have to force myself to eat.

    If exercise is new then maybe building muscle? If not, look at lowering your calorie intake a little. Also change up your activity. Keep eating clean & drink H2O. 👍
