Streak Still Happening and a Little Weight has Come Off

Well, I have worked out four days in a row. Yesterday was hard because everyone was home and I hate working out in front of people. But, my husband watched the little one while I did my walking workout in the bedroom. I did not get the cardio burst, but it was a longer workout. I have gotten in my water all this week and felt I did pretty well with my eating as well. But, my stupid scales are acting up. On the weigh in after I showered it showed 181.7, but it has fluctuated to as high as 188. I hate to think of getting new scales because I am not sure which brand to get. I actually think I may be closer to 188 than the 181, but it's so disappointing if it is. My measurements are not happy right now, but they haven't shown a gain or loss so I will not complain. If I can get a few inches off my waist I will feel better.
My one concern is my blood pressure. It seems higher than normal lately and that has me worried. I feel anxious lately as well and that could have something to do with my anxiety. I feel a lot also has to do is deciding on a game console to get my son which will need games and with the cooler weather coming in, I need to switch to blue jeans and I REALLY would like for my waist to lose another inch or two so they would feel more comfortable. I really hate buying old lady pants so my clothes fit comfortably around my waist. So, what is my goal for the rest of the day and week.
1. Once my husband and son leaves to work with the cows, I will do my workout.
2. I still plan to get in my water today because I think it makes me feel better.
3. Decide what game console to get my son and really hope I can find a sale. (darn him waiting to tell me until after black friday and cyber Monday.)
4. Set up vet appointments and possibly set up a doctor appointment if my blood pressure does not go down.
Continue this fasting journey because I promised myself I would give it a year to see if there is a difference, if this does not work, I will try weight watchers again.
