Day 75 Challenge

Day 75 was our best so far! We "wogged" (walk-jogged) .78 miles in a little over 10 minutes for a 12:54 pace. That's almost a run. It was 60 degrees, a little breezy and invigorating. Casey's behavior was excellent even when we met a neighbor dog, that is until we stopped, and then he wanted to go in.
Here I am trying to photograph Casey, the allamanda flowers, and my watch and don't get any of them the way I want. There are hundreds of flowers on the bush, but they are mostly high up and not conducive to pictures with Casey. Casey is trying to decide if he wants to bite the leash. He's had enough. And my watch is not at the best angle. Oh, well.
I took 3 more pictures, but none what I wanted. Oh, well again. Here you can see the watch:
Tomorrow our Galloway group is meeting downtown to run 5 miles in Christmas lights starting at 6am. It is a very scenic route involving Lake Mirror and another lake or 2. I do have to be prepared for 49 degrees and no open bathrooms, but I can do it! I have a jingling, light-up necklace to wear and I expect it to be lots of fun.
Today I put away 10 running tank tops and only kept out 3. There will be 80 degree times in the next week, but there will be 40 degree mornings, too. I got out several long sleeved running shirts and 2 short sleeved Christmas-themed shirts, too. The more races I run, the more shirts I have, even though I've given some treasures (like the Disney Princess half marathon shirt) to the grandkids. I've got laundry going and straightening up my clothes, getting out winter stuff and tucking away some summer stuff seems like a good undertaking for today.
I am going to my WW meeting tomorrow at 10am after I clean up from my run. I think I will be within 2 pounds of my WW goal (139) and qualify for free online tools. This week I've really had to estimate points as I could not find my old materials. I feel like I'm doing good though. We'll see!
