My 2019 exercise goal

This is our assignment for the Aspire and Inspire sparkteam: Review and reflect on how you did with achieving your goals this year. Did you accomplish all or most of your goals? What could you do better this year?

My main goal this year was to exercise at least 10 minutes a day. I kept track of it on a calendar, marking off the days I exercised. Here’s a picture of my calendar:

I ended up exercising 240 days so far. That comes out to be 71% of the days. Even though my goal was higher, I think 71% is pretty good. I’m happy with that. My goal for 2020 will be to exercise more than 71% of the days.
