Well I am now a member of the new team called The Challenge Team. I know it's going to be great for me. I have done a few challenges with the leader Pauline and have also done the Burn a Pound a week with Pauline and Marie and some of the other members. Burn a pound of week really puts things in perspective for me as far as how much exercise I am really getting. I have actually seen myself come a long ways in this part. At first I could barely make it if I even did some weeks. Now I am finding it hard not to make it. Now I am just trying to make it through just my cardio workout alone. I still seem to be doing pretty good at it though. There are still weeks I struggle but as long as I am making progress I feel as though I am accomplishing a great deal.

The mini challenge is the best part of it. I have finally gotten over my plateau. I can't wait until the one starts for August.
I am just so excited about this team!!
