My S.M.A.R.T. goals for BLC42

Lose 6 or more pounds by the end of the round.
Start every day with my veggie and fruit smoothie.
Daily lessons, logging my food and fitness on Noom app.
Work out (30-45 minutes) at the gym at work at least 3 days a week.
Play tennis once a week (weather permitting)
Healthy dinners (lunch leftovers) made at home 4-5 nights a week. At least one meal a week from my new cookbook (“Cook once eat all week”).
Use Plan to Eat to schedule our dinners and create my grocery shopping list each week.
Spend time in the yard growing healthy vegetables, greens and herbs.
Daily quality time with Andy and fur/feather “kids”.
Visit, post and/or track with my BLC 42 team daily for accountability and support.
Go to bed between 10 & 11 for a good nights sleep.
