Hello 2020! I'm glad that it's finally a new year and I can put all of this holiday mumbo jumbo behind me. I ended up taking a 3 week break from my diet plan which is WW and made it a point to get back on track today. I reset my weigh in day to today and was honestly scared and nervous to step onto the scales this morning because I ate horribly and was really expecting to gain 10+ lbs but to my surprise, I only gained 1.5lbs!!! I don't know how that's all that I've gained but I'll take it!! This will be my year, I'm claiming it in Jesus's name!!
