Utilizing Spark People Challenges

I started the challenge Tame Your Sweet Tooth and am now on Day #2. Should be easier to do since all Christmas sweets are mostly gone. Those that remain are out of sight. Last night I wanted a brownie bite and instead had grapes - see that wasn't so hard! This challenge is making me give up Mountain Dew - needed to happen. Next week I will take lunches | snacks to work. Here's to me - less sugar and healthier choices. The start of a great year.
